(Insert sad music)… Sinnoh Stone no longer guaranteed from the weekly research breakthrough. The Sinnoh Stone is now randomized in the same fashion as other research breakthrough rewards. It seems that it was only a guaranteed drop during the first week of its availability. No additional ways of obtaining the stone have been announced (yet), but they stated there will be other means.
A new wave of ex raid passes have went out for December 6th and 7th. Looks like Findlay got 6 of them on this wave, and channels are created in the discord to coordinate. If you need to make a party, check out the Deoxys Counters Guide on PokemonGoHub.
If you haven’t joined the PoGo Findlay’s discord channel, you are missing out! PokeNav makes reporting raids as easy as posting a screenshot. It also has options to update everything with or without needing commands (you can use reactions and type your responses to questions to fill in any information). We have a channel that is automatically pulling in tweets from the some various PoGo sources like @PokemonGoApp, @PokemonGoHub, @PokemonGoNews, and @LeekDuck so you never miss what’s going on!
A huge bonus to the new bot is that you can see all reported raids on a map of Findlay! The PokeNav companion app allows you to not only see our reported raids, but if you are in another city that is reporting with PokeNav you will see their raids as well (without even being in their discord). So many great features, and more coming soon.
Raid bosses have been switched up a lot over the last few days. As of last night here is the current raid rotation. If you want to be on top of the most current raids available be sure to check out the discord #current-raid-research-events channel.
New avatar items (for purchase) are available in the shop. You can now look like the gym leaders of Brock or Misty (sorry, Misty’s short shorts are not available on male avatars).
Brock Set: Shirt (300), Pants (250), Shoes (150)
Misty Set: Top (200), Shorts (200), Shoes (150)
Don’t forget that this coming weekend is a year’s worth of Community Days! Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, Pikachu, Eevee, Dratini, Chikorita, Cyndaquil, Mareep, Larvitar, and Beldum will appear more frequently in the wild. All of their special moves previously featured during their Community Day events in 2018 will be available again during the weekend (Note: Fast TMs and Charged TMs will not grant exclusive moves)!
